All products at Jayco Corporation are uniquely batch identified and extensively inspected at all stages of manufacturing process using the latest inspection and testing equipment, to ensure superior quality. We have in-house laboratory for Quality Assurance, we also take help from external certified laboratories as and when needed. We pass the whole production process under rigorous testing in order to satisfy ourselves that all products leaving our facility have met the customers' requirements.
Our experienced research and development team not only plays vital role in improvising quality of products but also work round the clock to ensure only premium quality will be supplied to every customers.
Quality Assurance
Jayco Synthetics are located in Surat , in the western region of India. Quality has always been a backbone & first priority for Jayco. We have got a specious warehouse with state-of-the-art inspections systems.
Our warehouses consists of modern automation as well as traditional table fabric inspecting methods using illuminating quality control machines.
We have most advance rolling & packing machine which helps us in delivering consistent quality fabric without any damages or wrinkles.
We adopt Japanese Toyota Management System which is considered to be the most authentic & stringent Total Quality Management System & which is followed by mostly all quality conscious textile companies.
We also follow few of other Japanese systems i.e. Kaizen, Six Sigma, Gemba, Genchi Gembutsu, etc.
These Quality Assurance System helps us deliver finest fabrics to the industry and also keeps us one step ahead of our contemporary textile company.
Testing
We utilize the most up to date testing equipment within our QA laboratory. Our Testing process involves following aspects

- Hardness testing.
- Twist testing.
- Dye Pick up.
- Hose knitting for yarn evenness testing.
- Fancy yarn effect testing.
- Weight test.
Environment
Jayco follows all the compliances and systems to ensure protection of eco-system. We have ETPs & CETPs membership to recycle water used in processes & we do not use any hazardous or ozone depleting substances in any of our processes.
